Last Tuesday the whole team jumped into a minibus at an un-Godly hour, with our bacon sandwiches at the ready and off to London we went.

Although it was a really good, tiring day, it was not all fun as we had some business to attend to. The purpose of our trip was to attend a conference presented by one of our specialists and receive all the very latest updates on a number of areas including Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning. There were some guest speakers, including a former Minister of Pensions and an official from the Office of the Public Guardian and the day was packed with information that we will use to help our Clients put the best possible Planning in place.

After the conference, the team went for a lovely dinner in the packed Victoria Station before going to the Apollo Theatre to see WICKED!!!!!

The team weren’t told about the theatre tickets until the day and I must say that the surprise made the early morning and late night worth it! Of course the conference was good too, but a team outing to watch one of my favourite shows just topped the day off.

A few drinks were consumed and after the fantastic performance, we trundled back home in the minibus and crawled into bed.

It was a long day, but what a day it was. It was great spending time with the team and coming back with notes upon notes from the conference that we are now eager to pass on to our Clients. If you would like an appointment to discuss any recent changes or would like to implement or update your planning, please do get in touch and we will be happy to help.
