Offering specialist palliative care to those with life-limiting illnesses in southeast Hampshire.

A focus for local animal welfare services covering 400 sq.miles including the Portsmouth and Southampton area.

Inspiring and supporting children with Cerebral Palsy and adults with a stroke, MS and Parkinson’s, adult Cerebral Palsy, Head Injury and their families.

Helping parents to stay with their seriously ill child while in hospital.

Supporting families who are struggling with everyday life in East Hampshire with children under the age of 5.

A Hampshire based children’s cancer charity working with families and specialist children’s cancer units across Hampshire, and the surrounding areas.

Provides a ‘Hospice at Home’ service in Petersfield and the surrounding area. It is intended to help patients in the latter stage of life threatening conditions.

Working to make a positive impact to South African communities who struggle each day for a better future.

Supporting over 700 families after the devestation of Storm Desmond


  • Two Saints

Giving people who are homeless, vulnerable or in need of support, the opportunity to build a brighter future across Hampshire and the surrounding areas.
